In cases of known or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor, elder, or disabled adult
Some situations where I also may be required to disclose information without your consent or authorization: certain law enforcement and legal proceedings; the need to defend myself if a client files a complaint or lawsuit; a worker's compensation claim filed by a client receiving related treatment; national security concerns; reports to military commanders; government safety and healthcare investigations; and legal notification for disease prevention and control.
